FB aka Facebook

Well, I joined the world of Facebook. It is crazy! It was a good thing, I got pictures of Music Man and so far have 40+ friends but it feels quite strange to see everything that everyone talks about, I feel like I have nothing interesting to contribute and then I read about someone putting a roast in. Do people really want to know what I am cooking for dinner? Do I really feel like I am connecting with people? Am I on there to brag about myself, I don't think so but I did have Mike crop a good looking picture so that I would feel that I was being represented as I would like to be (make-up, jewelry) instead of pony-tail mom who just walked home from school. Do I really feel like I have had some contact and conversation with someone over the age of 6? I dunno. So far I have only dipped my toe in the water so we will just have to see how things are when I get in up to my knees (I think a cannonball is out of the question at this point)!

I found that the people who constantly post their status on their wall are performers. Seriously. They constantly post every.single.detail about their lives or what they are doing, etc etc etc. I rarely post a thing because it really isn't that important or exciting. It makes you wonder if these people need more validation in their lives? Then I remember its the performers and they are just crazy for attention like that. Some in an annoying way, but most just in their "normal" performer way. Hard to explain, but I think you understand.
Can you imagine Twitter? I am not going there...
