Well, It is hot and smoky and dry here in Southern California. Luckily for us, the fires aren't close enough for us to be in danger. Collin is of course very curious about all of the happenings. He wants to know why it smells and where the fires are and if we can go drive and see them. He was watching the news and called me in to see what was happening. He was pretty excited to see a big fire on the television. Hopefully the winds will die down and the fires will be under control soon. Aside from the safety issues, I am not enjoying smelling like a campfire without the fun of actually camping.
